According to the oral history recorded during our preparation for the West Side Trolley tours, this property was where Mr. Eugene Grace’s gardener lived.
Issue: The Diocese appeared in front of the Historic Review Board the other week. After a lengthy discussion by neighbors and the board, the board voted 4-3 NOT to give them the demolition permit. The Diocese will now take the matter to the City Council. There are a number of issues.
