The Farmers’ Market
COMING BACK–The Bethlehem Rose Garden Farmers’ Market is part of MANA’s continuing mission to strengthen our local community. The 2018 Market will be open Saturdays from June 3 to October 14, 9 AM to 1 PM. Every year it is growing. We are still inviting vendors, crafters, and food truck to join in; so if you know of someone who might be interested, send them to us. Check out our Farmers Market pages for more information about vendors and the schedule. Also, let us know if you have ideas for weekly events (displays, demos, music, fun for kids).
Are you a vendor and interested in joining the market? Find out more.
One Bethlehem: 100 Trees for 100 Years.
Working with Bethlehem Backyards for Wildlife and the LV Chamber of Commerce, MANA is celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the incorporation of the West Side into the City of Bethlehem with several tree planting initiatives. In the first phase, thanks to a grant from TD Bank and the Arbor Day Foundation, we received monies for planting 100 trees in our local parks: West Side, Higbee, and Fairview. A special symposium was held in September with a dynamic speaker from Tree-Pittsburg. Learn more about what is next for the West Side.
